Under helgen fick Axehult ett samtal från The Race Legends att de tänker flytta eventet till sommaren 2011.

Tydligen har man sålt 15.000 biljetter och de hade större förväntningar - därför flyttas eventet.

Mycket tråkigt och mer information kommer till team inom några veckor.

Finalen i det Nord Europeiska GT mästerskapet kommer köras på Anderstorp eller Mantorp.

The Race Legends event at Anderstorp Raceway this summer is moved to May 2011 due to a slow pre-sale of tickets both private and corporate market.

- It is a sad decision, but The Race Legends will be implemented as planned, but during other date that will be announced when next years Formula One calendar is settled . We have sold a total of 15 000 tickets for the race and Roxette concert which is a alot, but not enough to feel safe in an event of this size, says Urban Stamming, CEO at The Race Legends AB.

The change of date will give us time to bring in more partners and sponsors and work with ticket sales. It also allows us to develop our cooperation with the bussiness in Gislaved and surrounding municipalities, which have always been positive about our project.

The Race Legends will now work on, to refine and improve the event.
